1Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Entity

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Customer", or "you") and Ebencolinks Limited ("Ebencolinks", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order for electronics, appliances, or gadgets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Nigerian laws.

2User Account & Social Single Sign-On

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the permission of a parent or legal guardian to register an account and enter into binding contracts.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated contact details (Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address in Nigeria).
• Social Logins (Google & Facebook): When signing in using Facebook or Google OAuth, you authorize Ebencolinks to create an authenticated account using your verified email and profile name.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3Product Listings, Pricing & Stock Availability

Ebencolinks supplies authentic electronics including Smart TVs, Home Theatre Systems, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Generators, Laptops, and Accessories.

• Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our platform are expressed in Nigerian Naira (NGN / ₦) and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Price Modifications: Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates or exchange rate fluctuations. However, orders already confirmed and fully paid will not be subject to price increases.
• Stock Corrections: In the rare event of a typographical pricing error or stock allocation mismatch, Ebencolinks reserves the right to notify the customer, cancel the affected order item, and issue a full refund.

4Payment Terms & "Pay Small Small" (Installment Plans)

5Delivery, Risk of Loss & Inspection Upon Receipt

We deliver products across Lagos State and all 36 states of Nigeria through authorized logistics partners and freight carriers.

• Delivery Timelines: Standard Lagos deliveries occur within 24 to 48 hours. Interstate deliveries typically require 3 to 7 working days depending on destination.
• Inspection on Delivery: The customer or designated recipient MUST unbox and visually inspect fragile items (e.g., TV screens, glass doors, appliances) in the presence of the delivery agent before signing the delivery note.
• Passing of Risk: Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon physical receipt and signed acknowledgment of delivery.

6Returns, Refunds & Manufacturer Warranty Policy

7Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including logos, branding assets, software code, product graphics, text copy, icons, and layout designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ebencolinks Limited or its brand licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited under Nigerian copyright laws.

8Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in Nigeria, Ebencolinks Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our platform or products.

In all instances, Ebencolinks' total cumulative financial liability to any customer for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or purchases made on Ebencolinks, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos State, Nigeria, or brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.
